Near the center is Anna Schuerfeld Wachenheim (or her twin - see other photos). I dont know what the photo is about. The style of the houses is the same as on Jackson Avenue, part of the old German area. She was born Oct 1 1860; died Dec 26 1938. My guess is that the photo is 1910s to 1920s.
